We’re all anxiously waiting for our businesses to open back up. Gray hairs, uni-brows and wrinkles have got to go! We understand that the Safer at Home order has been overturned, however, that doesn’t mean the virus has disappeared. We all have a responsibility to the community and health care system to proceed carefully and not be a part of the problem. No one wants repeated shutdowns or rapid spikes of infection leading to unnecessary deaths.
At Rejuvenation Clinic, we also have a responsibility to protect our patients and staff. Because we’re a medical clinic rather than a salon or spa, we have a stricter set of rules and regulations to adhere to. We need to replace protective equipment such as masks, sanitizer, Cavicide wipes and gloves that we donated early in the crisis. These supplies are part of our normal clinic hygiene and sanitation yet are now in high demand.
In the next several weeks, we anticipate a slow opening with limited staff and patients allowed in the clinic at one time. We’ve kept a list of everyone who was cancelled or requested appointments during the shutdown. There’s no need to call us to re-schedule. We will contact you to offer a new appointment but please understand that its going to take some time to get through our list. If you’re not comfortable being rescheduled at this time, that’s completely understandable and we’ll move to the next person on the list.
If you are 65 or older, have underlying health conditions or are considered high risk, you may not be a candidate for treatment at this time. Of note, treatments at any age with dermal filler, resurfacing lasers or other big procedures can lower your immune system making you more susceptible to illness. Because of this, we are limiting the types of treatments we’ll perform right now and will explain this further when you are contacted to reschedule your visit. We’ll also send you a list of “what to expect when you get here” which will be similar to requirements you’ve probably already seen or encountered.
