Angie is the Clinic Manager at Rejuvenation Clinic of Sauk Prairie. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 1995 and went on to practice in the Madison area as a surgical nurse in Plastic and
General Surgery. In 2000, Angie left direct patient care to work in the growing field of Electronic Medical Records at Epic, based out of Verona, Wisconsin. Working at Epic allowed Angie to learn in depth the business end of health care and expand her experience with project management and computer information systems. As a project manager at Epic, Angie enjoyed working with many large health care organizations like NYU in Manhattan, University of Florida in Gainesville, and UC-Davis in Sacramento. Working at Epic was rewarding and exciting in many ways, however, after 11 years of travel she decided it was time to return closer to home and her nursing roots working directly with patients once again.
Angie’s past clinical experience working in plastic surgery makes her extremely excited to be working in the cutting edge field of cosmetic dermatology. Helping others has always been a passion of Angie’s and she feels that every patient is important. A large portion of Angie’s role is making sure visitors to the clinic feel welcome and ensuring they have the knowledge they need to make confident choices about their care. Working at Rejuvenation Clinic lets her use both her nursing bedside and project management skills. Angie fills her adventurous and inquisitive nature by participating in and attending international skin and aesthetic conferences/education sessions on a regular basis. She feels that continuing education and perfecting clinical skills is vital to providing the best patient care possible.
Not only does Angie fill her passion for nursing and caring for others at the clinic, she loves working with her dear friend and college roommate, Michelle. The two still laugh about using each other as models during their clinical rotations and you will often hear them joking “we figured if we could live together we could work together”.
When you visit the clinic you will quickly find that Angie likes to talk, enjoys a good laugh and will always have a smile for you. She loves spending time with family and friends, playing sports, being outside, traveling to new places, reading and eating out. She openly admits to being a crazy soccer mom and will always be a Badger fan!
